By accessing or using PromptXL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
“PromptXL,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the PromptXL platform and its operators.
“User,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
“Content” means prompts, code, configurations, text, and other materials generated or submitted through the Service.
“Free Plan” refers to any no-cost usage tier.
“Paid Plan” refers to any subscription-based tier.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PromptXL.
You agree to:
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
PromptXL is a software platform that enables users to:
Interact with large language models (LLMs)
Generate, refine, and manage code and workflows
Export or deploy code to third-party platforms
PromptXL does not guarantee that generated code is correct, secure, production-ready, or fit for any particular purpose.
You agree that you will not:
Use the Service for unlawful, malicious, or abusive purposes
Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
Use PromptXL to generate malware or harmful code
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated output before use.
If you are on a paid plan:
You retain full ownership of all code and content you generate.
PromptXL will not use, access, or share your generated content for internal or external purposes without your explicit consent, except as required to operate the Service or provide support at your request.
If you are on a free plan:
You retain ownership of your generated content.
You grant PromptXL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, analyze, reproduce, and display your content for internal and external purposes, including:
Product improvement
Research and development
Marketing and demonstrations
Educational or analytical use
If confidentiality or exclusivity is required, you must upgrade to a paid plan.
PromptXL may integrate with or allow connections to third-party services (e.g., LLM providers, hosting platforms).
You are responsible for complying with third-party terms.
You are responsible for costs incurred with third-party providers.
PromptXL is not liable for outages, data loss, or behavior of third-party services.
You acknowledge that generated outputs may depend on third-party models beyond PromptXL’s control.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may change pricing with prior notice.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You acknowledge:
Software bugs and outages may occur
Data loss is possible
You are responsible for backing up exported code
PromptXL retains all rights to:
The platform
Software
Branding
UI/UX
Documentation
These Terms do not grant you ownership of PromptXL’s intellectual property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
PROMPTXL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF GENERATED OUTPUT
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
PROMPTXL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS
SECURITY BREACHES OR THIRD-PARTY FAILURES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold PromptXL harmless from claims arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your content
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access:
For violations of these Terms
For abuse or misuse
At our discretion with or without notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
